The Brief
This wasn’t a trade-show booth or a press conference lined with lecterns. e& wanted an intimate, high-impact reveal for 100 guests — enterprise clients, government stakeholders, and media — in a setting that felt considered rather than corporate. Our scope covered three things: sourcing the venue, running the event on the day, and coordinating the on-screen content that would carry the story of the product itself.
Finding the Room
We sourced Zenon Restaurant in Dubai as the setting — a space with the right balance of intimacy and presence for a reveal built around precision engineering rather than spectacle. For a product positioned around data sovereignty, security, and control, the room needed to feel deliberate. Zenon gave us that without needing to dress it into something it wasn’t.
Telling the Story on Screen
The AI Laptop by e& isn’t an easy product to explain in thirty seconds — on-device LLMs, Snapdragon X Elite and X Plus processors, offline AI processing built for regulated industries like government, finance, and healthcare. Our screen content coordination focused on translating that technical depth into a sequence guests could follow in real time: what the device does, why running AI locally matters for data control, and how it fits into the UAE’s broader push toward secure, sovereign AI infrastructure. The goal wasn’t to dazzle — it was to make a genuinely complex product legible to a room of enterprise decision-makers in the time it takes to unveil it.
Why It Mattered
e& and Qualcomm framed this launch as another step in their strategic collaboration to advance AI adoption and digital transformation in the UAE — a shared ambition to shape intelligent technology from the region outward. Managing an event with that kind of positioning means every detail has to hold up: the venue, the pacing, the content on screen. For 100 guests in a room built for precision, that’s exactly what we delivered.
