From concept to execution, the MICE team led the full event journey—identifying the ideal venue, designing the creative direction, and ensuring every detail reflected BARPA’s vibrant identity.
A striking mirror arch draped in the brand’s signature orange welcomed guests, doubling as a dramatic photo feature framed by the iconic Burj Al Arab. Inside, the storytelling continued through custom menus, branded beverages, personalized napkins, and bespoke trophies created exclusively for the occasion.
Our team curated every element—décor, tablescaping, AVL, and entertainment—shaping a cohesive and engaging atmosphere. Guests arrived in style with luxury limousine pickups arranged by MICE, setting the tone for an evening of premium experiences.
The night unfolded with drinks and canapés before the headline moment: an immersive VR reveal of BARPA’s newest product. A four-course dinner, live drink stations, and vibrant DJ entertainment completed a spectacular celebration of the brand’s next chapter.
