For Make it in the Emirates 2026, MICE International served as the end-to-end strategic partner responsible for the design, production, content development, technology integration, project management, and on-ground execution of the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) pavilion. From concept development and visitor journey planning to fabrication, digital content delivery, AV infrastructure, and operational management, our team delivered a fully integrated double-decker exhibition experience that aligned with ADIO’s investment objectives and brand vision. Through meticulous planning, stakeholder coordination, and seamless execution, MICE International transformed the pavilion into a high-impact platform that showcased Abu Dhabi’s industrial ambitions while facilitating meaningful engagement between investors, manufacturers, and industry leaders.

The Ministry of Climate Change and Environment had organized the Partners Forum 2026, it took place on 2 June 2026, with the aim of strengthening collaboration with strategic partners from government and private entities, and recognizing their efforts during 2024 and 2025, as well as discussing key upcoming national initiatives and projects related to sustainability, climate change, and biodiversity. The forum featured a main program that includes the recognition of strategic partners, in addition to dedicated networking area aimed at enhancing collaboration and fostering partnerships among participating entities.

The Khalifa University Iftar Gathering 2026 was carefully curated to create an atmosphere of connection, reflection, and celebration — supported by precise coordination and engaging activations.

From pre-event preparations to final program flow, every element was aligned to ensure a smooth and memorable experience.

For the five-day Urban Cycling World Championships 2025, we delivered a complete turnkey solution—managing the full planning, design, build, and operational execution of one of the world’s most anticipated urban sporting events of the year, in it’s first edition in KSA. From initial concept to final dismantling & clearing of the venue, our team led every element with precision, creativity, and expertise.

Our scope covered venue development, temporary structures, infrastructure, logistics, transportation, crowd management, security, cleaning, branding, F&B, hospitality, technology, ticketing, accreditation, staffing, entertainment, and on-site activations. Every operational layer was orchestrated to create a high-impact experience for athletes, officials, media, partners, and fans.

Through design, planning, and coordination, we transformed the deserted land in Boulevard City into a vibrant championship arena—delivering an energetic atmosphere and a smooth, memorable experience at every touchpoint.

Five days, countless moving parts, and one spectacular celebration of urban sports—brought beautifully to life from start to finish.

We were delighted to create a vibrant and joy-filled experience for the Petronas Family Gathering, bringing employees and their loved ones together for a day dedicated to connection, relaxation, and shared memories. Set on the scenic Al Maya Island, the event offered a refreshing escape from the everyday routine, celebrating both teamwork and family bonds.

All event production, décor, and equipment were carefully transported by boat to the island, with our team overseeing every detail from logistics to on-site setup. Designed under the theme “Dolce La Vita”, the gathering embraced the spirit of a carefree vacation—colorful, warm, and full of playful energy.

Throughout the day, guests enjoyed a variety of activities and experiences that catered to all ages. From delicious fresh food and drinks to interactive family games and entertainment, every touchpoint was crafted to foster joy and togetherness. Children enjoyed inflatable play zones, while families bonded over giant games including Giant Wood Blocks and a life-sized Snakes & Ladders setup. Thoughtful elements like gift hampers added a personal and memorable touch.

Our creative direction centered on fun, relaxation, and family spirit—reinforcing that Petronas not only values its employees but the people who support them every day. The result was a lively, heartfelt celebration that brought the entire community closer and created lasting moments on the shores of Al Maya Island.

Hosted in Ajman, the Poet's Retreat was not just an event; it was a grand celebration of UAE's literary tradition and cultural heritage. Our team was entrusted with creating an environment that reflected the importance of poetry within the local culture, attended by some of the most prominent figures in the region.
